3 things worth knowing before you open the rest.

The internet is loud about AI agents right now. Whole “teams” of them. Grok-class means an AI that can take a task and bring back a draft, not a chat box you walk through line by line. A shop does not need a bot crew. You need one agent on one job a named human already owns.

This month’s job is the review queue. Not intake. Not dispatch. Not a second brain for the whole office. Replies sitting unanswered while somebody is still on the board.

If it cannot draft a reply you would actually send, it does not ship. A demo that writes a paragraph is not a system.

I came up through the trades and I have spent 20+ years shipping systems for brands that do not have time for theater. That range is Lovable Gazelle. It is also why I do not want you staffing ten agents because a keynote said “agent teams.” That idea feels close now. Close is not installed.

Pick the queue. The 1-stars you have been avoiding. The 5-stars that still got the same “thanks for your business” paste. Hand one review to one agent. Tell it the only four jobs it is allowed to do:

Positive. Thank them. Name the work if they named it. Invite them back without a coupon speech.

Late. Own the wait. Do not blame traffic. Offer a real next step, not a gift card you will forget.

Price. Do not argue the invoice in public. Point them to the office. Keep the temperature down.

Fake or nasty. Short. Calm. You take it offline. You do not litigate a stranger in the thread.

Then a person reads it and sends it. That last line is the whole point. Auto-post is how you apologize for a job you did not do, or admit a leak you should have called the customer about first. The agent drafts. The shop owns the send button.

What this is not: a reputation platform. A bake-off of review tools. A dispatcher bot. Ten agents with job titles. If you cannot name who hits send on Tuesday, you do not have an agent. You have a new tab.

Run it for two weeks on the real queue. If the drafts sound like your shop, keep it. If they sound like a hotel, kill it and keep the person. Then, and only then, you get to talk about a second job.

Hours back for whoever currently writes these at 11pm. Fewer reviews rotting while the map pack punishes silence. A shop that sounds like itself in public, not like a template mill.

Banked question: does the slogan matter?

Nice if it fits. It does not move the needle like the service, a clear window, and a reply that actually goes out. Spend the week on the queue, not the tagline. If you already have a line you like, keep it.

Open the oldest unanswered review. Paste it into the agent you already have. Give it the four jobs above. Read the draft out loud. Send it or rewrite it. Reply to this dispatch with what it got wrong in your shop’s mouth. One sentence is enough.
